Pepper Casserole
Try this yummy recipe!! It is SOO good!!
Ingredients:
Ground chuck
2 packets wild/brown rice (we use uncle Ben’s)
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 sliced green bell peppers
Sea salt/pepper
Instructions:
In a casserole dish, add in diced tomatoes, rice, and sliced green bell peppers
then add the cooked browned ground chuck
Bake at 400 for about 15-20 min until pepper is tender!!
